I met Jason in November 2017 when I began looking at properties. We looked at 15-20+ places, each time Jason listening to my feedback about what I didn't like / what I was looking for. I ended up going with new construction and signed in March of 2018 with estimated completion in December. We finally closed end of June 2019. Throughout this entire time I talked to Jason weekly, at minimum. His communication was excellent and his guidance during the process was invaluable. Jason helped during the terrible closing process and was able to help me get concessions from the builder due to the delays. Jason and his business partner Marko were smart, responsive, experienced and extremely patient and helpful to us as we searched for a year to find and buy the right house. He was aggressive during the very stressful real estate peak last year when we put over-asking offers on 3 different houses, that we didn't get. Then when we finally did find the perfect house, he helped us - sometime against all odds - get the house into escrow and close. We move in 2 weeks.
