At a moment’s notice he would set up appointments for properties we found last minute. It didn’t stop there as the process continued. He even helped us with things that way above his parameters as a broker, even after we closed. His knowledge is endless. He told us he would find something for us and he certainly did. Jason was absolutely amazing to work with! We were first time home buyers and Jason made this daunting task so much easier. He was available anytime for a call with whatever questions we threw at him. He helped us step by step through the entire process and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I Knew when I went with Jason, he would work extremely hard to sell my home! After the first 3 hours of showings already had 3 offers well above asking ! If you want an agent who will sign you up, then ignore you, not care about you or your family, and comes around only at closing, well Jason isn't your guy. But if having someone who treats you as his only client, answers all your calls and emails promptly, and cares about all a major move affects you and your family , then I could not recommend anyone better ! Oh and the fact he's an animal lover is also a bonus!

Buying a new home is already stressful in the best of times, not to mention during a pandemic and a wild real estate market. Jason somehow made this process very easy from start. He asked us our preferences, future plans, etc., and we gave him our general wish list for a new home. We told him our general price point, which changed a couple times as our priorities began to change too and he was very flexible and patient with us. He sent us new properties to look into and joined us for several open houses in the areas that we were interested in. He provided honest feedback, pros/cons about each home we visited, and how those pros and cons may/may not affect the value of a home. Apparently there were lots of factors that I did not consider beforehand! We finally found our new home, and Jason was there to assist with our communications, paperwork, and shining lots of clarity onto the process. He was always available by text, phone, and email to answer our questions and concerns. We are very happy with our purchase and we could not imagine doing this without Jason's help!
Jason made selling our first home super easy. He guided us through the process with practical knowledge about the local real estate market, set realistic expectations, and provided a great reference for staging. He made sure the open house went smoothly and he was also extremely easy to get a hold of (very responsive to text, emails, and phone calls)! He gave us lots of great advice and made sure the process was as stress free as possible. Selling and moving is already stressful enough on their own, so we were very happy that Jason was there to clear up our questions/concerns.
Jason is great at communicating with all parties necessary to get you into the house of your dreams. I wish I would have followed his instructions on working with his lender but it all worked out in the end. My bank was just very bad at communicating with Jason and myself.
