We’ve only ever dealt with an agent in one deal before and the experience with that was meh. With Jason this was not the case, I found him by clicking a button for agents in the area on a trulia website. Thought it would just be whatever but Jason has been fantastic. He’s been with us throughout the process on both the sale of our home and purchase of a new one. He is very knowledgeable, nice and listened to our concerns. He always had an answer and if he didn’t he was quick to communicate with agents on the other side to get it done. Jason was willing to work with our schedule since both of us work a lot so sometimes it required late night phone calls and showings (which he didn’t mind). He listened to the price range we were looking for and always gave us opinions when it came to houses. This was much appreciated since we’ve only been through this process once, he would look at the condition a home was in and talk over the pluses and minuses after we left.
