I don't have enough kind words to say about Jason. He genuinely showed he cared throughout every step of our homebuying process. As first-time homebuyers with nearly no one else to ask about things, we had NO CLUE about this process going into it. From day-one Jason was attentive, charismatic, available and open. He answered our questions timely, and then he answered them again when we forgot what he said. He went above and beyond. Moreover, he didn't seem interested in "just selling a house" to make a commission. He talked us off the ledge of homes we couldn't afford because they weren't the right match for us. He worked tirelessly to find the home that made sense for all of our needs and would make us happy. He expressed his goal is for us to be happy for 10 years, not 10 months. Oh, and even after we bought, he has been attentive in following up on things and guiding us through any questions we still have afterward. He cares about his work, he cares about his clients, and it shows tremendously.

I feel like all you hear are horror stories about buying property, but I really thought it went smoothly and I credit Jason with that. I don't know that it's ever "easy," but most of my stress came from this being my first home-buying experience and I just had a lot of questions. A lot. Which Jason patiently answered, sometimes repeatedly, until I understood. He also made sure I didn't get frustrated and settle for a place that I didn't really want to invest and live in. After we'd spent a few weekends looking at properties together, if I said "It's not really right, but I guess we should see this place..." he'd say, "No. You know that's not what you want. Let's just keep looking and you'll find someplace you love." And now I'm moving into exactly what I had in my head when I started the process.

Jason was extraordinary! We've had occasional slip-ups in the past with other agents, but this deal, with Jason, was flawless. The aspect that impressed us the most: At the very beginning, he needed to understand more than just our housing likes and dislikes; he needed to understand where our lives were headed (Retiring soon? What's an acceptable commute? Do you want your "forever house" or would you be willing to move again? Expecting kids and lots of guests? ) so he could better identify the kinds of housing that would complement our needs and get us closer to our goals. We saw many houses and condos, but each one was realistically "in the ballpark". Jason knew the market, did his research before proposing any specific property, and even researched the other agents, so we could know what to expect. He helped us avoid a lot of potential issues, and we ended up getting a beautiful unit for less than the asking price in a pandemic market that was creating all kinds of craziness and record sales. We cannot recommend Jason highly enough. You will be in great hands.
