I met Jason a few years ago, when he was working at his previous job, and when he was leaving, he said he was going to go do his first love, real estate. It was then that I told him, when I am ready to sell, I want you to be my realtor. A couple years passed, we ran into each other occasionally and remained friendly. The time came that I was thinking about selling and I called Jason and he responded promptly, giving me much needed advice and suggestions. He listened intently to what I wanted and needed, without criticism and guided me along the right path. I had decided to move away from MA: and he even connected me with a realtor in the state, which I had intended to move to. I go ahead with the sale of my home and during that process, a week before closing, I had a major tragedy in my life. Needless to say I was a wreck, but Jason took care of everything, changing the date of closing, arranging everything so that I could deal with my situation. I left everything in his capable hands without a worry. He is very thoughtful and generous with his time. He’s there for you whenever you need him, just a call or text away. My property was sold and I was very pleased. I did not get to move away from MA: because my plans fell through, so I will be in the market for a new home soon and I will most certainly be using the services of Mr.Ladeira.
