Now is an insanely difficult time to buy a house. There is so much competition, prices are high, and there is a severe lack of inventory. But the fact that we were able to get a great home proves just how awesome Jason is. He is knowledgeable, strategic, polite, and a hard worker. I know he had other clients besides me, but he always made me feel like I was his priority. Whenever I had a question or didn't understand something, he would take the time to go through it with me. I always felt like he had my back, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying a home.

My father was having trouble finding a Trustworthy realtor agent after having a bad experience with a previous one and while having lots of calls with different agents Jason Kim came along to our house one day and asked to have an interview. Right from the moment he came his knowledge about the area and what he could provide was amazing so we scheduled a meeting. When the meeting came along Jason was very straight foward and professional about how we could sell and steps we could take. My father is a business man and he is very hard to convince but Jason did just that and my father decided to give him the job. He assured my dad he could the sell the house in less than a month and he kept his word and did just that netting above asking price for our home which was amazing. What makes Jason different from the rest is that he is always there for you with any questions or concerns you may have and is gives you that one on one talk assuring you he’s got your back along the process. I could not recommend anyone higher than Jason Kim. It is very easy to find someone to sell your house, but in order to complete the transaction you need someone who has a book of contacts for contractors, vendors, and specialists to make sure you are getting top dollar for your home. Jason was able to refer me to people who were reliable and reasonable, and that made all the difference.

Jason, I can call him Jason, because he is so genuine of a person he becomes your friend. Was on it throughout the whole process of my home sale. He lead me all the way and even helped me on things you wouldn’t expect. I had a flood in the middle of my open house and had to postpone showings until finished.The dreaded covid was another obstacle. Jason was very patient and kind to me through it all. Moved out of state and he still kept in touch to make sure we were happily settled in our new home. He’s the best and you can’t loose by hiring him.
