We listed our home with his office. Between jaret and the agent we listed with the communication was extremely poor almost non existent. No advertising for a open house, no returned phone calls, after after my wife made a comment that " obviously you have no desire to continue to work with us in selling our home . would you be agreeable to part ways at this point?" his response was " he and i are co listing agents didnt think there was an issue but if you want out that is understood" that was the last communication via text with him and the next thing i find is that the 4-sale signs are off the property and the mls is removed.
