Janine was hands down the best agent she was very caring ,explained every document ,procedures ,did open house hired a professional photographer .,a stager , I am grateful for the graceful , friendly. kind and caring about her clients, I always recommend Janine Olga Hol at least give her the interview and you will love to list or buy a house with her. she is all about the client . Working with Janine was an easy and great experience. We were selling my deceased Mother’s home, my brother and I both lived 1.45 hours away from the house in opposite directions so getting to the house on a regular basis was not doable. Janine took care of everything going far above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. She staged the house, hosted broker get togethers to show the house, checked on the home almost daily...the home was in a senior community and open houses were not allowed but she did everything she could to promote the home. It took longer than expected to sell, but once it did she took care of emptying the remaining furniture and housewares left in the home. She was truly a pleasure to work with.
