Working with Janine was an easy and great experience. We were selling my deceased Mother’s home, my brother and I both lived 1.45 hours away from the house in opposite directions so getting to the house on a regular basis was not doable. Janine took care of everything going far above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. She staged the house, hosted broker get togethers to show the house, checked on the home almost daily...the home was in a senior community and open houses were not allowed but she did everything she could to promote the home. It took longer than expected to sell, but once it did she took care of emptying the remaining furniture and housewares left in the home. She was truly a pleasure to work with.

After having to fire 5 different realtors I met Janine! What an awesome difference in the willingness to submit any offer I wanted to make including some really lowball offers that others had refused to do. Her eagarness to help, negotiation skills, and willingness to think out of the box got me a house that was originally listed for $360,000 for $213,000. We made 3 offers 2 were very low ball because of the conditions of the structure and the permit issues. She went with me to the Permits office and we went through every permit until we found the original permit application which they did not have the final due to a fire. The original showed 400 sq. ft. not shown in the listing. This implied that part of what was said to be unpermitted actually was! I got the house on the 3rd offer on a USDA no down payment loan and negotiated the seller (Bank of America) to pay the closing costs. Awesome diligence and I can honestly say that the most valuable thing I gained out of our transaction was a best friend!
