Janet is the best!! Our house sold in one day, over asking price, with multiple offers. Janet's real estate expertise coupled with her knowledge of the entire process made buying and selling both homes so much easier and stress free. She is also extremely responsive and always returns calls and texts. She was a joy to work with and we made a friend for life!
Janet was recommended by our selling realtor who has been a friend and business acquaintance for 20 years. Janet displayed the same work ethic and energy as she. Very supportive in recommendations for typical "move in" needs as well as at closing when a snag was encountered she came in to support the closing title company so the deal would make the deadline. Relocation and house hunting are my least favorite things but Janet did a good job in helping keep the stress of the process low. Positively would recommend.
Janet has 6 properties for sale and sold 13 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
