I first met Janet 20 years ago after my Mom passed away and I needed to sell her home. I was overwhelmed from the loss of my mother and also trying to settle her affairs. Janet went above and beyond 20 years ago and made the selling process seamless. She was professional, kind, courteous and made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. This year we needed a realtor to sell our condo in Aliso Viejo this past August and I did not want to go with anyone else. Janet again went above and beyond and sold our condo within 6 weeks. She made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything and her professionalism and experience made the process enjoyable. I would not hire anyone other than Janet for my real estate or property management needs. She is the best!

Buying a home in today’s market is wild! Having the right people to guide you has never been more important. I am an out of state buyer, and had a lot to unlearn about buying a home. Janet and Don were patient and helpful during the process of looking for a place to live. We looked at at least seven homes before finding the right one for me. They were able to recommend a wonderful home inspection business, and were there to go through each home with me. The equity process was a bit overwhelming, as in NY, buyers use attorneys to see to the details, and here in CA, the buyer is on their own. Without the help of Janet and Don, I would have gone under! If you are out there in this crazy market, this is a team to work with! I cannot thank you enough for helping me see this latest home buying adventure through to purchase!

Janet was wonderful to work with. She answered my emails for about a year as I was trying to decide to move or not. Then she drove me around for a week looking at different houses until we found one that I could not resist. After I bought and moved to my new home, Janet came over on the first day and cleaned as the previous owners did not clean before they left. She also brought me some food and herbs for a herb garden plus a beautiful bunch of flowers. Janet is a very hard worker and goes out of her way to help. I recommend her to buyers or sellers as she is reliable and answers emails and texts right away.

I live out of state so it was very important to have a responsive, energetic, sharp agent. Janet came through for us 1000%. She made herself available on short notice when we flew into town. She face timed us to preview properties. She was patient, well informed and indefatigable. She is well connected with resources for the inspection and repairs. She has a great team with Don and Suzanne. We couldn’t be more satisfied.
