Once I had an idea of what I was looking for, she would alert me as soon as there was something she thought I would like. Her responsiveness enabled me get the first offer in on the house I purchased. Through the offer, inspection, and closing process I felt that Janet had a wealth of knowledge and great contacts for additional information.
