When selling this property, we discussed different strategies. I decided to go with a faster sale and I feel that because of Jane's insight, experience and suggestions, I received the highest possible price without having to do the repairs. There are lots of cash buyers out there, but Jane knew how to get past them (and their low ball offers) and yet use them to get the good buyers to bid higher. Very satisfied and highly recommend anyone speak with Jane before making a listing decision. She gave honest appraisals and then when the financing appraisal came in, it was a mere $100 over the sale price.
