Our experience with Jan was absolutely awesome! In today’s world it is almost impossible to find someone in any field that will take your phone call every time you call but that’s Jan. She never left us waiting to hear back from her and always helped us through the entire buying process. If you want someone who knows the business inside and out you need to contact her!

I was referred to Jan by a coworker who I trusted. As a first time homebuyer I was a bit hesitant to reach out as my husband and I weren't sure where to begin or if were even qualified to start the purchasing process. Jan responded to my message quickly and immediately expressed her willingness to assist. She remained in contact with updates throughout the process and helped to quiet any fears along the way. We had heard many times, how gruesome the homebuying process can be and are thankful that Jan and her team helped to make our overall experience just the opposite. Due to this experience we feel that we will be even more comfortable and confident next time around.

Jan was very knowledgeable and professional. Jan was responsive and always available to answer my questions. Jan made sure that I understood the process from start to finish.
