As a first time owner I was more than pleased to work with Jan. She kept me updated on the housing market, could quickly and expertly answer any questions I had, and was able to help me secure my now home. She made the home purchasing process less daunting and cumbersome. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know who needs to buy or sell a property.
Jan is knowledgeable about the market and very responsive to questions. She makes sure she shows properties that follow the guidelines of your interest. I can not offer a higher recommendation. I appreciate her knowledge and skill.
I would highly recommend the services provided by Ms. Jan Hair. She was knowledgeable throughout the entire purchasing process and kept me informed with updates accordingly. During my next purchase, I would request Ms. Hair’s services without question. She made this transaction seamless. Thanks Jan….Awesome Job!!
Jan truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. Her wisdom and experience was evident while showing houses and she is upfront in telling you the good and the bad in a house so you know what you're buying. Her humor and light hearted personality made what can be a stressful process quite fun. We cannot recommend Jan enough!
Selling our home was a smooth process thanks to Jan's expertise! She has great knowledge of the market and communicates well so you know what to expect. We are so grateful she was able to sell our home above asking price!
I would highly recommend Jan. Her help and advice were much needed and appreciated, as we were not living in Atlanta during the selling process. She was great at keeping us informed of the progress and activity of the sell. Her knowledge, dependablity and determination were invaluable. She was a joy to work with and we thank her.
Jan is so wonderful we have used her twice! I don't think I'll ever settle for another agent. Jan has years of experience and is a go getter! She is skilled and gets you the information you need as quickly as possible.
Not only did Jan Hair provide reliable expertise and dependable advice, she was diligent and thorough. She kept me apprised at every step with a sense of humor and balance, something that was a unique and definite plus in the process. I recommend her highly.
Jan has helped us with our last two home purchases, and has been fantastic all of the way through. Her wealth of experience and the wisdom that comes with it completely put our minds at ease in a crazy housing market. She always made herself available whenever we had a question, and advocated for us every step of the way on both the buying and selling experience. Thanks Jan!
We have used Jan for over 20 years as we have bought and sold a few homes. Each and every time we have been met with complete professionalism and exceptional service. Jan has been in this industry long enough that there is hardly ever anything that surprises her and she uses her experience to tackle any problem her clients might encounter as well as give the best advice. So it was no surprise when we were helping my mother-in-law sell her home and prepare to move to senior living that we enlisted Jan for help. It was a somewhat emotional time for her as she had to say good bye to not only many things she had collected over the years, but also friends she had made in her neighborhood. Jan was so sensitive to her and approached each and every aspect with professionalism and compassion. Jan priced the house correctly and helped us figure out what we needed to do to get it ready to put on the market. We received an over asking, full cash offer within the first week. Jan was with us from beginning to end and make the experience a seamless one! Not only will we use her again in the future, we recommend to those that we know as well!
It was such a pleasure working with Jan Hair. Jan is very knowledgeable, caring, and extremely responsive. Jan showed me 3 homes and won with a FHA loan and $5,000 closing cost paid. As a single mother of 3 it has always been my dream to buy a home for my children and Jan has help make that dream come true.
