Jan also helped us with how to show the house, doing all the paperwork from listing to closing and getting us a good price for our home. Jan helped us to fill out paperwork needed by closing attorney and helped us to close remotely, because we were going to be out of town during the closing. Jan is the best agent in the business! Not only does she have extensive knowledge of the industry she is 200% committed to her client whether you are buying or selling. She's not afraid to ruffle some feathers if it is warranted in order to make sure her client is taken care of. She makes this process as stress free as she can to keep her client from sleepless nights. Jan knows the WHOLE business, not just the kind of agent that likes to show houses but doesn't know the legal or intricacies of real estate. Jan is a real "people person" who knows how to make the house selling and buying business easy and fun. She is very responsive, reliable and was with us every step for the sale and purchase of our homes. She gave great advise, clearly knowing the industry well, but never gave her opinion, leaving us feeling there was no judgment with regard to decisions we made or pressure to decide in one way or the other.
