Jami went above and beyond in helping us secure a coastal property within a tight schedule! Firstly, She was very insightful about different areas and was as my goals evolved during the search process, she adapted pretty well and showed us properties that really fit what we were looking for from different areas. Since we were also thinking about short-term rental aspects, she even called several cities to find out which are the best places based on regulations etc. Then, after we found a property, she represented us well and negotiated on our behalf and we were extremely satisfied with the results. She also introduced me to several folks in her network including property managers, contractors etc. and really made the post-acquisition process easy. To sum it up - she is caring, extremely communicative, insightful and resourceful. I will without hesitation rate her service as five stars, and if you are in the market, you should give her a call!

Jami was very knowledgeable about every home and area she showed us. She stuck to exactly what we were looking for and did not try to push us in any directions we did not want to go. She was very quick with her turnaround and getting us homes to look at that met our requirements. Jami knew exactly what we wanted when we descibed it and though we looked at multiple homes, we ended up buying the first home she showed us since it was absolutely perfect. She knew that was the perfect home for us. She was able to get us into a perfect home well within our budget and time frame. She did all of the heavy work to include getting us set up for all of our home inspections ahead of schedule and allowing us to close on our home in a timely manner. I couldn't imagine working with anyone else.

We cannot say enough good things or give Jami enough stars. She was fantastic from start to finish, especially during these crazy times! Every house we looked at Jami had done extensive research on the area. She knew the area as if she had lived there for years. I cannot recommend her enough for 1st time home buyers! She made sure to help us understand every step of the process. And she made herself available to us at any time of day. Even after the offer was accepted Jami continuously checked in with us and made sure the process was going smoothly.
