He enlisted in the U.S. Army and thrived as a Fire Support Specialist, serving in two combat deployments, then transferred to the U.S. Coast Guard as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist. With strong leadership qualities and a strong devotion to duty, James quickly climbed through the ranks while serving in both branches. From the battlefields and open seas to the greater Charleston area, James continues to serve the Lowcountry. Excellent Guidance.

As a first time home buyer, and completely unaware of the intricacies of Loans, Inspections, and the back and forth for getting to the finish line, James always a rockstar. We worked at the same Coast Guard unit and a friend of mine recommended him when I realized I had orders to Charleston. His knowledge of the area, and experience with Military moves and VA Loans helped immensely. I have recommended him over a dozen times, and will continue to do so. I'll also be reaching out to him again if I ever go to sell my house.

Highly knowledgeable, perfect communication,definitely in your corner! Cannot recommend James enough

We found James in a search of local realtors that had great reviews and the kicker was that he’s a Coast Guard veteran like both my husband and I are. Within minutes of meeting with James to discuss our goals, we knew he’d be the perfect fit for us. We always felt that he was 100% in our corner when looking at homes- making sure we were taking into account certain things about each home and what our actual visions were with the home we wanted. He pushed us think about things we may have overlooked in our excitement with a house, but also balanced that with being reasonable on small things we were critical about in a home that still fit our vision. He never rushed us or pushed us into anything and his communication was absolutely perfect. There is no hesitation in recommending James to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and reliable realtor! It all worked out at the end!!
