Professional pictures, good market knowledge and timely price adjustments to try and stay ahead if the market. The house was listed with an additional bathroom which caused a lot of viewers to be disappointed when they saw the house and there was one less bathroom. Took a while for them to correct that and as soon as the correction was made the house sold.
