We contacted James Saffell to sell our home because he had sold the home next door the previous year and those homeowners recommended him. He did a very thorough market analysis, a walk thru with some staging suggestions, and hired a good professional photographer to provide house photos and drone footage. He was spot on with his estimates of length of time for the house to be on the market. Great marketing, lots of showings and multiple offers by day 12.
