James was vital to our entire home selling and buying process. He was incredibly patient when we first reached out to get more information on selling our house and telling him we weren't in a rush in a list. When we were finally ready to list, he was ready to go and prepared to get our pictures and videos done and house listed. He was presented our house in the best light and was very hands-on with walking us through the home selling process as it was our first time. Then he was great about booking tours and accompanying us on a large number of house tours. Then when we found something we wanted, but it was a bit out of our budget, he was great about being smart but persistent about negotiating the deal to a place where the purchase worked for us. James is a great agent, and we are very thankful to have worked with him for our home selling and buying process.

James took care of everything for us and made it as easy as possible, even assisting with a Remote closing because our close fell on the same week as our honeymoon!!!
