We initially picked Ingrid because we were looking for a home in Gwinnett County. After doing some research we opted to look for homes in Cherokee and Cobb County instead. Even though it was important for us to use a local realtor, we decided to stick with Ingrid because of her attitude of getting things done and her responsiveness. In addition, as first time home buyers we decided to work with Ingrid for the following reasons: 1. Working for you and getting things done. In our price range it was important to visit homes ASAP and getting that first offer in the door before everybody else. 2. You will want things to get done ASAP in time critical situations and she was very responsive. 3. Extensive network to make the home buying experience less stressful.
