Howard managed one of the properties my wife and I was renting. He was warm, professional, and communicated very well. Him and his wife have been in the business for decades. He definitely knows what he's doing, and made living there convinient. When something needed fixing, he was very responsive and effective. We have since moved to the mainland, but if we didnt, we would've stayed.
