Heather knows the local real estate market. She knows when to list, how much to list for, how to promote, how to show, and how to sell. She’s developed her own list of trusted helpers, from plumbers, to inspectors, appraisers, stagers, photographers, and handymen - all of whom she worked with to get my house in tip-top shape and then under contract in a mere three months! I so appreciated her always-calm demeanor and the ‘let’s-get-it-done-with-fun’ attitude she maintained throughout the process.
