Heather Hunt has been extremely helpful and responsive in finding me both a place to rent as well as a place to buy. She has immense knowledge of all the different areas I was looking in and was able to point me in the right direction. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a property including locations, inspections, insurance, mortgages, etc. She has great contacts as well such as contractors, pool maintenance, plumbers, electricians, and others. She is great at keeping in touch and making sure everything is handled in a timely manner from beginning to end. Her amazing personality is an added bonus.

We had contacted several realtors before meeting Heather. She was the only one who showed us the attention that we deserved as clients. Heather always responded to us in a timely manner. She asked us our requests, took the time to find several places that fit our needs, drove us around to see multiple places, helped us decided on the right one, and when the time came, worked to negotiate a deal for us. Heather worked for her commission. Our neighbors, who went through the same process, felt that their representative did not. I have no qualms about recommending Heather. In fact, if you can get her - consider yourself lucky!
