Heather Emminger NC Realtor® | Broker in Charge Born and raised in Greensboro, NC, Heather Emminger moved on to the Raleigh area to discover her talents in the Construction Industry, and settled just outside of Chapel Hill in a beautiful custom home she and her husband built. There they raised their children and pretty much ran all over the state with their work...whew! Need help? Just ask! Heather's extensive background as a Construction Estimator and a Sales/Project Manager, and her education in Advanced Building Sciences, has given her a foundation of knowledge proven to be highly beneficial in serving her real estate clients. Heather now resides in the sweet little town of Mint Hill (Southeast of Charlotte), in a home she and her husband also built in 2010.
