Heathers ability to communicate, being personable and present, is what made our purchase happen. Her presence from beginning to end was unmatchable. To be honest, I would encourage everyone to choose Heather, we surely will for any Idaho real estate purchases going forward.

Miss Heather, an unbelievable experience she provides. We were very uncertain about the property we owned and how difficult it would be to clean up and sell. Heather asked how quick did we want to do this. By the next week her and her team had an acre and a half cleaned and looking amazing. Then she had a cleaner come in after we boxed up a portion of our things to then take pictures. Heather is a no joke realtor. She had the property ready to list the next week and we were off looking at other properties. My husband and I were extremely please and shocked at Heather's knowledge and personal drive to want to help us. She listened and paid attention to what was important to us and we all pushed forward. As usual we ran into some hiccups and Heather was constantly on top of it with solutions the entire time. She is not scared or worried about what issues arise. She has contacts to resolve whatever the need is. Heather was up to date of where the market was and had multiple people interested in the property before it actually went live. We got exactly what we listed it for. I would have never been able to accomplish what we did without her. I have met plenty of realtors but absolutely nobody like her. Heather's professionalism, motivation, courtesy, far exceeds most people. She went above and beyond in every way for us. Heather doesn't just disappear after you are connected with the lender. She was there all the way to our signing with us on our new home. I was feeling discouraged about homes that were in our price range and Heather never tries to push you into something to benefit her. We waited, looked, and prayed. The perfect home came along and we now own it and are more than happy. Heather is sweet, hardworking, always answers her phone (which rings constantly) or calls you right back. Very prompt on time and has a plan in place. If you are serious about moving she will help you make it happen. If we had to do it again, Heather is the only one!!! Thank you 😊
