Let me tell you about my friend HANNAH CONRAD! My Dad had just passed and I was in need of selling my house, I could not keep 2 residences going! Now I've had experience in buying and selling houses and have had a few realtors I could call, but I always felt that Hannah would be great, she loved her job, had so much enthusiasm and drive! I called her and set up a meeting, she loved my condo and was eager to get started.....we agreed on a price, she ended up listing it for way more than I had thought I would get, I mean thousands more and I could tell she had done her research! and now she was off and running and kept telling me to tend to what I had to do, she’s got this! I know everyone has a friend or family member or a past realtor that can help with the selling of your home, but they can not compete with Hannah's professionalism and dedication to her work. -Does your realtor set up housecleaners? hire a carpet shampooer? -Does your realtor run around moving furniture, getting some furniture into the garage, rearranging pillows on beds, removing clutter, so everything looks perfect for pictures? -Does your realtor have your place perfect for open house? -Does your Realtor stay on top of all paperwork, from offers, to inspections reports, escrow papers, etc and always calls to tell you honestly whats going on? -Does your realtor take anxiety driven crazy calls from you day or night while she has twins and a husband at home? The very first day of the open house, Hannah presented me with 3 offers, with the lowest one being for asking! She had it in escrow for the highest price I never would have dreamt!! Yes, HANNAH worked her magic! If I ever buy or sell again I won't hesitate calling Hannah and I also have a friend for life! I still can't believe she did this and all the while with Corona Virus going on! I cannot stress this enough, you may know a realtor, but YOU DO NOT KNOW A REALTOR QUITE LIKE HANNAH CONRAD!
