As soon as we signed with Hank, things became so much less stressful. He was proactive, keeping us updated before we even asked. He reminded my mom of things she needed to do. When the person in charge of our estate sale completely dropped the ball on the promised clean-up service after the sale, Hank had people out quoting the job that week and he put us in touch with a wonderful company that took care of every detail perfectly. Even in a seller's market, the process is scary. He took the time to give his professional opinion and pointed out the pros and cons to every offer so we could make an informed decision. Then when the closing was delayed due to issues on the buyer's end, he helped navigate those added details. Could not recommend him more highly!

Hank Bailey was incredible from initial meeting until closing, he is a professional and knows the real estate market. We were keep up to date and he was always available.

We have owned many properties but the transaction that Hank represented us in was for our residence and had to be completed "long distance". We are moving from FL to GA. Hank did a very through job of keeping us informed every step of the way. He also did a great job with the home inspection, helped with utilities and many other needed steps.

He is prompt and proactive, offers great advice and insight, highly responsive to my needs, he helped me secure a great deal.
