Hank is an EXCELLENT realtor who was able to get me under contract on the first house I submit an offer on! Throughout the process, he was accessible, knowledgeable, and professional with any concern that arose. As a first time homebuyer, I felt I was in good hands from beginning to end. I highly recommend Hank for anyone looking for realtor needs!
Selling home in this highly dynamic market was a major challenge to say the least. We transitioned from highly Seller’s market rapidly to more Buyer’s opportunities during current nationwide real estate trends. Not to mention rapidly rise in mortgage interest rates. With Hank’s knowledge and long expertise of North Atlanta real estate market not only we have received sound valid price for our home but took reasonable time to close the deal. He was highly recommended to us by family and friends. And he met every single of our needs by delivering home sale with complete satisfaction. My wife and I strongly recommend Hank Bailey.
Hank Bailey was the real estate agent we engaged to sell an investment property, a house we had been leasing for approximately 10 years. He was very professional and helpful at all times and the whole selling experience and closing was very positive. Hank kept us well informed about showings and related feedback and consistently responded promptly to any questions and comments we had.
Hank Bailey did an amazing job for us during our out of state move. Hank was prompt with answers to our questions and did a great job setting up showings during our house hunting trip. He went out of his way to assist whenever asked and was very helpful throughout the process of choosing the right home and in the right school district. If you're already in the area, or are relocating to the area I highly recommend Hank!
I've been with Hank since the beginning, and 3 houses later I have never looked back. For me, considering buying/selling a home is synonymous with asking myself, "is it time to call Hank?" That's just the way it is. Hank knows his business, and he gets the job done. I have a lot of experience with other agents who have brought their clients to see my homes, and I can never help but to internally compare them to how much better my agent really is. He is certainly eager and prompt and knows when to hit or stay (pricewise). Want to walk 7 acres to see the creek? Great, Hank will wear his hiking boots (true story). Don't worry about finding the property lines because he takes care of that, too. "One call, that's all?" Well, that one is taken, but we've got to come up with a good slogan for you, Hank. "Call Hank, take it to the bank?"
Wow what an experience! From the time we had our initial meeting to closing , and even there after, Hank was a true professional! We loved his ability to connect and understand our family dynamics. I highly recommend Hank and him family -oriented team for your next home purchase or selling of your current home.
We can’t say enough about Hank Bailey and his expertise and professionalism. Twelve years ago, Hank was responsible for getting us into our dream home in Georgia. We were working long distance and as soon as we sent him the listing, he immediately went to the property, took tons of photos, and seamlessly negotiated our offer to secure the home. More recently, we hired Hank to sell a piece of land for us. Because we had sold two homes as For Sale by Owner before, we had tried to sell this ourselves as well, but were unsuccessful. We made the decision to let Hank take over and he came through strong. Hank is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying and selling process, and took care of details we would never have thought of. As a result, our buyer was singing Hank’s praises as well! Hank has made believers out of us that a good realtor is worth his weight in gold, and you can be sure we will retain his services again when the time comes to sell our current home. Do not hesitate to contact Hank for any of your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed! Paul & Joanne Hemerlein, Bishop, GA
