Hank Bailey was my mom's agent when she sold her home after my father's death. We had already been through many stressful months dealing with probate and were trying to navigate it long distance. As soon as we signed with Hank, things became so much less stressful. He was proactive, keeping us updated before we even asked. He reminded my mom of things she needed to do. When the person in charge of our estate sale completely dropped the ball on the promised clean-up service after the sale, Hank had people out quoting the job that week and he put us in touch with a wonderful company that took care of every detail perfectly. Even in a seller's market, the process is scary. He took the time to give his professional opinion and pointed out the pros and cons to every offer so we could make an informed decision.
