My wife and I relocated to Georgia from out of state and contacted Hank Bailey a month before our scheduled arrival date. From the beginning, he was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, he also recommended two mortgage lenders. Hank immediately began sending us listings of houses for sale, geared toward our preferences. Once we arrived, we hit the ground running, with Hank showing us the houses we had chosen as possibilities. He never made us feel pressured into buying and, when asked, offered his honest opinion of the pros and cons of each house. As a result, it took us less than two weeks to find the house we wanted to purchase. A month later, we were in our new home. Hank was “Johnny on the spot” in helping us purchase a lake home. He answered our texts and phone calls within minutes and was proactive in helping us through the inspection process and finding a contractor to make repairs as well as getting the septic tank inspected and other things that we would not have even thought of. I asked if I could hire him for my personal secretary! Very helpful through the whole process!

I have used Hank Bailey two times now. I used him when I bought my house and I used him to sell the same house years later. I must say that I am impressed by Mr. Bailey. He helped us immensely in getting the house ready and was always available for any questions that I had, no matter the time of day. If you need someone to do what Hank does, then you won't find a better person to do it, because not only is Hank that good, he actually cares about what he does.
