I had a home for sale for a one year with a different realtor that couldn't sell it. I contacted Hank after reviewing his Zillow reviews and within 1 month I had a contract. It took four months to close due to my buyer not being able to close their house in time. He kept working with me to be sure that my house is closed. I really appreciated his quick responses whenever I reached out to him with questions or concerns. He is extremely professional,knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I’m very satisfied with his service.
This was my first home purchase so I spoke with several realtors before I decided to choose Hank. He took the time to answer all my questions throughly (even if I asked the same one over and over) and he is very quick to respond. I don't recall it taking more than an hour or 45 min to get a response back, even if it was to just acknowledge my email, which I really appreciate. When he was unable to meet me at a home, he arranged to have his son take his place. (who also did a really good job, especially talking through pros and cons of a place) After we finished, Hank alwayed followed up with me directly to get my thoughts and to offer his advice. After we found a place a put an offer down, he was there for the inspection and answered questions from my family members about the process and the home. I'm often skeptical when I see a long list of praising reviews (which is why I talked to several realtors) but having worked with Hank, I can confidently say all the high praise is well deserved. When I move on to the next house, or have friends and family who are looking, Hank will be the person I will recommend.

When we found Hank we were having a very hard time selling our house for multiple reasons. Part of it was our prior realtor and the other some things going on behind our house. Hank came in by storm and assured us he would put 100% into our sale and boy did he deliver. This was a complex high stress sale finally after multiple contracts and multiple delays (on the buyers end) Hank got our house sold have only 6 short weeks and we had our house up for sale for 11 months. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional realtors I have ever met and he put so much effort into selling our house it was incredible. Another impressive thing is how responsive he was whenever we had questions or if there were any kind of issues. How often do you find a realtor that puts his heart and sole into the sale of your home. He made us feel special not just a customer. Without doubt we would recommend him and use him again. When seeing the incredible track record any agent like Hank has on sites like google and zillow, all you can really hope for is to get that same experience everyone raves about. Hank truly provides a seamless experience from an initial questionnaire about the housing market to closing. My experience with Hank was him being my buyer agent. This was my first house and you really can't have a better person on your team as Hank. Buying your first house is apparently supposed to be stressful but I did not feel any of that. We missed out on many houses due to how crazy the seller's market is in Athens, Georgia at the moment, but Hank always assured that we would keep looking, and we did. He handled everything for me and had impeccable response time for any and every question a first-time home buyer like me had.
