If I could rank Hank 10 stars I would. Hank is a true professional, excellent follow up, always available to answer any question, no matter the time of day. We listed our home and needed to be out of state for a few weeks. Hank was wonderful, he took control and assured us everything would be good while we were away. Hank listed our home and after several offers, Hank negotiated the perfect FULL price offer; and this was in Five days!! He has been there every step of the way! I have used Hank Bailey two times now. I used him when I bought my house and I used him to sell the same house years later. I must say that I am impressed by Mr. Bailey. He helped us immensely in getting the house ready and was always available for any questions that I had, no matter the time of day. If you need someone to do what Hank does, then you won't find a better person to do it, because not only is Hank that good, he actually cares about what he does.

I had a home for sale for a one year with a different realtor that couldn't sell it. I contacted Hank after reviewing his Zillow reviews and within 1 month I had a contract. It took four months to close due to my buyer not being able to close their house in time. He kept working with me to be sure that my house is closed. I really appreciated his quick responses whenever I reached out to him with questions or concerns. He is extremely professional,knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I’m very satisfied with his service.

This was my first home purchase so I spoke with several realtors before I decided to choose Hank. He took the time to answer all my questions throughly (even if I asked the same one over and over) and he is very quick to respond. I don't recall it taking more than an hour or 45 min to get a response back, even if it was to just acknowledge my email, which I really appreciate. When he was unable to meet me at a home, he arranged to have his son take his place. (who also did a really good job, especially talking through pros and cons of a place) After we finished, Hank alwayed followed up with me directly to get my thoughts and to offer his advice. After we found a place a put an offer down, he was there for the inspection and answered questions from my family members about the process and the home. I'm often skeptical when I see a long list of praising reviews (which is why I talked to several realtors) but having worked with Hank, I can confidently say all the high praise is well deserved. When I move on to the next house, or have friends and family who are looking, Hank will be the person I will recommend.
