*Update, new home purchase 2020* Below are my thoughts from my first home purchase with Hank Bailey, and 2 weeks ago Hank sat right next to my husband and I as we closed on our second home. Everything in my initial statement still rings true for the services that Hank provides. His dedication, persistence, and patience to help a client find the perfect home is unsurpassed and I will continue to be a life long client. Not only was the buying portion of our transaction pleasant but selling was also a breeze and we were under contract in less than a week. No matter your price range he has unmatched market knowledge. During all of the walk through's we did of homes as I was focused on more aesthetic elements of the home, Hank could be found double checking foundational and structural aspects to ensure I as his client would be purchasing a home that was soundly and safely built and maintained. Hank Bailey has a client for life in me and will be the first person I recommend to anyone in the market for a home.

We were referred to Hank by our daughter who was working with him to sell their home. She was very pleased how he handled her sale and how smoothly the whole process went. We had been contemplating selling our home as well so we did our due diligence in selecting an agent and decided to go with Hank and we are very glad we did. His hard work and dedication to mastering his craft is a most admirable quality, as is his obvious pleasure in helping others live fuller lives. Thank you again, Hank!
