Guin was professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable
Guin is wonderful person and an awesome agent; the best ! She was referred to me by a dear friend. Upon our initial meeting with her, we knew she was a perfect match. She was empathetic and compassionate. She understood our long history in the house, especially my 83 year old mother's difficulty in finally deciding after nearly 50 years to sale the house. Using her vast knowledge and experience, she explained each phase of the process; came by the house to meet with us as needed. She also calmed both Mom and I down when unexpected requests were made by the buyer at the last minute. At every stage Guin was always professional and answered our questions in great detail to ensure we were comfortable from the beginning until the closing.
