Gregory Micale

This is the third time that Greg Micale has acted as our Real Estate Agent . This is the second home that Greg has sold for us (the other action was to aid us in buying a home). Mr. Micale did research in our area along with selling features in our house to come up with the best price with the most profit for us. The well composed pictures and write up for the home attracted potential buyers immediately. Within 3 days we had an offer! At the price we asked. Greg put it altogether for us.

Greg came on time and was very helpful throughout the process of selling our home. His marketing skills were quite good and we had many viewings in a short time and we were under contract quickly. Communication was good and timely.

We were actually on a cruise ship when we noticed the patio home listing in our email. You see, we've been kicking around the idea of moving to a more efficient home for about 4 years. After Greg sold a family home for us we asked Greg about home buying. He suggested that we be put on One Realty's email list of homes that fit our criteria. When we saw 2 homes that we were interested in, we emailed Greg. Even as we were cruising, Greg set up showings for both homes for when we got back. When we picked one, he helped us make an offer. I cant say enough good things about the attention, support and due diligence Greg shared with me during my first time selling a home. Greg put it all in perspective as I was struggling to fully comprehend from a birds eye view the entire process and had worries about how much I would have to be involved. Another matter was to make the place look its best for buyers, and with Greg's keen attention to detail and experience with knowing what people want in a house comes through when you meet him and discuss the "matters at hand."
