Greg was able to help us get the house prepared to sell with excellent advise and without being pushy. I was skeptical about the asking price he chose, as it was higher than I expected. I was very fortunate to come across Greg Alderman when I was checking out realty companies online. I lived 6 hours from my final destination and it was imperative that I have a realtor with good communication skills who would make himself available to me when I drove down to look at houses. Greg is very knowledgeable concerning the housing market in the Colorado Springs area and he understands construction techniques as well as geology and electrical/plumbing regulations. He indirectly assisted me when I was attempting to deal with a not-so-knowledgeable realtor to sell the home I was leaving behind.
