I was out of state working with Greg to sell my house and there were things that he did that was above and beyond what you'd expect a realtor to do. The whole time my house was on the market he took care of it. I never had to return and take care of anything. Greg has lived and worked for many years in Colorado Springs and knows all the aspects of it well. I am retired Army and I shared the military aspects with him of which I believe made him a more rounded realtor in dealing with civilian and the military. Ask him a question and he would get you an answer. I feel as though I have a long distant friend in Greg. A wonderful person.
