He is very knowledgeable and does his homework, even when working outside of his normal sales area/community. However, what makes Greg really standout is he truly listens. This was not our first time working with Greg and it won’t be our last. Our tenants moved out expectedly due to job loss at the start of the pandemic (he was a pilot at a small regional airlines and they laid everyone off right away) and my husband didn’t want the stress of a rental property so we decided to sell. This was very early in the pandemic and there were so many unknowns. We didn’t know how the showings were going to work or even the home inspection due to the lock downs.
