Several of us from different states needing to sell the house,I Greg made himself available when we arrived, when we needed to go over sales procedures, giving us advice on selling items in the house and went as far as literally moving the last furniture items that didn't sell to the donation locations before the buyers moved in. He spent quality time with us to discuss any of our needs or questions before we had to return to our homes out of state. Greg is truly a very intelligent agent and actually fun to be around. We enjoyed a few meals with him while discussing the house. If I lived anywhere close to Colorado Springs he'd be first on my list to call if it had anything to do with real estate!!

Greg was efficient and professional throughout the process of selling my apartments. It was especially challenging as we had some tenants who did not want me selling my building. He worked well with the tenants to make it as stress free on everyone as possible. We were able to ensure that no tenant lost their housing and that they transitioned smoothly to the new owner. Which was very important to me. He found a great buyer and we got our asking price. The entire process went very smoothly and the buyer was also very happy with his purchase. We and our our extended family have done multiple transactions with Greg since 2013. One of those was a purchase , and later sale, of the same house with 2 years. We were on a time crunch on the purchase. Greg provided a short list, variety styles, to see what we wanted. During the tour of the potential homes, Greg was able to point out potential issues or items that would provide great usefulness. He thought of things we never knew to consider, both inside the house, under the house, and on top of the house! We found a home and made an offer within 2 weeka and closed within 30 days. When it was time to sell, he gave us pointers on what to fix/update to sell it and multiple offers came in within two weeks. This was back in 2016 when it wasn't yet booming. Greg makes buying and selling a home SO easy. Nothing was complicated and there were no hidden surprised in the buy or sell process.
