We and our our extended family have done multiple transactions with Greg since 2013. One of those was a purchase , and later sale, of the same house with 2 years. We were on a time crunch on the purchase. Greg provided a short list, variety styles, to see what we wanted. During the tour of the potential homes, Greg was able to point out potential issues or items that would provide great usefulness. He thought of things we never knew to consider, both inside the house, under the house, and on top of the house! We found a home and made an offer within 2 weeka and closed within 30 days. When it was time to sell, he gave us pointers on what to fix/update to sell it and multiple offers came in within two weeks. This was back in 2016 when it wasn't yet booming. Greg makes buying and selling a home SO easy. Nothing was complicated and there were no hidden surprised in the buy or sell process.
