Greg Alderman represented us on a custom home purchase in Bennett, CO. Greg is so much more than a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and does his homework, even when working outside of his normal sales area/community. However, what makes Greg really standout is he truly listens. He is more interested in the needs/interests of his buyer than he is in making a sale. The purchase of our custom home was tricky as the seller was the actual designer/architect of the home. The seller was very proud of his “creation”. Greg masterfully negotiated with the seller and his realtor to get past several sticking points and to ensure we got the home and the deal we needed.
