Greg has be our realtor for two homes. One was extremely contentious and Greg could not have been more professional or helpful! He has gone way above normal services one would expect from their realtor. He is knowledgeable about current markets and readily gives his professional opinion. He assisted with some repairs/replacement of small and large issues that needed to be taken care of. Greg Alderman represented us on a custom home purchase in Bennett, CO. Greg is so much more than a realtor. He is very knowledgeable and does his homework, even when working outside of his normal sales area/community. However, what makes Greg really standout is he truly listens. He is more interested in the needs/interests of his buyer than he is in making a sale. The purchase of our custom home was tricky as the seller was the actual designer/architect of the home. The seller was very proud of his “creation”. Greg masterfully negotiated with the seller and his realtor to get past several sticking points and to ensure we got the home and the deal we needed. This was not our first time working with Greg and it won’t be our last. Our tenants moved out expectedly due to job loss at the start of the pandemic (he was a pilot at a small regional airlines and they laid everyone off right away) and my husband didn’t want the stress of a rental property so we decided to sell.
