We had such a great experience with Gini previously that we knew right away we wanted her on our team again. This was our second time working with Gini and she went above and beyond, again! Gini is extremely professional, well-organized, and exceptionally knowledgeable. She took the extra time and effort to sit with us and go over all the escrow documents and details line by line when we had questions, and she was always very quick and responsive to all texts/ calls. The thing I appreciate the most about her is her honesty. She gave us all the pros and cons of selling and really made sure we were ready. I highly recommend Gini!

The word lucky is what we would use to describe our first home buying experience with Gini. She has all the best qualities you look for in a real estate agent. She is extremely organized and quick to respond. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, if not right away. She is flexible and makes herself available to work with your schedule. Which was huge when trying to work around both of our hectic work schedules and our adventurous toddler. Her knowledge of the area made it extremely easy to explain what we were looking for, where and why. Gini took the time to really understand our wants and needs. We never felt pressured to look at homes that didn't meet our requirements. When walking into a house, she sat back and let us observe the property but at the same time gave her honest and thoughtful opinion when asked. In return, we felt like we could be one hundred percent honest with our thoughts and concerns. Gini helped us find an amazing home and navigate a path towards a successful close every step of the way. Literally until the keys were in hand. Overall, our home buying experience was better than we could have ever imagined. We don't think that we would have had the same experience with anyone else.
