Gerald did an outstanding job helping us! I don't know where to begin? First of all, Gerald was always ready and willing to show us any property that we wanted to see with little notice. We were worried that in a sellers market, during a global pandemic that it would be extremely difficult to be able to purchase a new property contingent upon selling our current property without any buyers contingencies. The sellers of the 1st property we made an offer on did not accept our contingent offer. The 2nd home that we made an offer on was only listed for 6 hours and we accepted the sellers counter offer. A week later, the sellers gave us notice that we had 3 days to remove our contingency or they would accept another offer. Gerald got our home pre-inspected and on the market and sold without a buyers contingency at our full asking price in less than 3 days which enabled us to keep the offer on our new home purchase! He even offered to personally buy our home if for some reason it did not sell right away, so we would not lose out on our new home purchase!

Gerald went above and beyond in helping me not only buy a new home but also sell my home. When looking at homes to buy he had no problem with homes that were spread apart by many tens of miles. He was always very responsive and put in a lot of work to get my home ready to sell and close.

I met Gerald about 3 years prior to selling my home, with him as the Listing Agent. I never felt rushed for a second. He was always so supportive and respectful of where I was at in this process. I found it difficult to decide if I even wanted to sell. He is a great listener and doesn't impart his opinion on the areas of personal will. That said, he gave great advice on the real estate points and as once a general contractor, he knew what was important to fix, etc. He helped seal my windows and fix my porch prior to the sale. When I would want to see other properties, he was accommodating at every turn. He's just an overall amazing person. You want to spent time together with him, throughout this often challenging time of uprooting your home. I'm excited for our next step in buying a new home and to have the opportunity to share my thoughts online, so others will will know his greatness.

Gerald was not only my agent but grew to be my friend. I was looking for a particular kind of home and Gerald never gave up on my and how picky I was. He was attentive to every detain and I thought he was in tune to what I needed for both my mother and myself. He called to check in with me but was never a pest. He was able to get me into homes that had yet hit the market and that was the one that worked. He has continued to check in after the closing to make certain everything was in good shape and even helped out with a door problem far after the closing.

Gerald was really a joy to work with. He was great at explaining processes and making sure you understand them and I always felt that he had our best interests at heart. He was accurate in valuing our prior home for sale and instrumental in helping us create a unique offer for a new highly competitive property which we got. I will definitely use Gerald again if we move and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.

Gerald got us into a very exclusive and expensive neighborhood even before the for sale sign went up on the property!! In a matter of hours, we had gone to our bank, got approved for a loan, and w/ Gerald made the WINNING offer. DETAILS: My fiance noticed the house on Zillow for sale on a Tuesday night at 8:00pm....the house 'just' went on the market at noon that day. In fact, the house was so newly listed that the for sale sign was not even up! Zillow alerted us at 8:00 pm Tuesday night. Gerald came over, without hesitation, that night at 8:30 pm. Gerald set up, that nite, a home showing the next day at 11:30 am. Gerald, with us, went thru the home at 11:30 am WED, the next day. Gerald, with his advise, help us put together a competitive offer by 2:00 pm on WED, same day as our showing. Gerald came over WED night, and told us we had won the house. His advise enabled us to beat out 4 other offers by less than $1000. Summary: We saw house at 8:00pm Tuesday night. We bought house 8:00pm WEDNESDAY night. Gerald's PROMPT response, market knowledge, gentle coaching, DEAD ON ADVICE, enabled us to get the home of our dreams in an extremely competitive market. With Gerald's advise, we made the right offer that enabled us to WIN the HOUSE, but ALSO..... GAVE US IMMEDIATELY $40K equity in our new home. Whenever I am asked to recommend a real estate agent, I NEVER hesitate to recommend Gerald! I intend to use him for all future real estate endeavors.
