Gerald did an outstanding job helping us! I don't know where to begin? First of all, Gerald was always ready and willing to show us any property that we wanted to see with little notice. We were worried that in a sellers market, during a global pandemic that it would be extremely difficult to be able to purchase a new property contingent upon selling our current property without any buyers contingencies. The sellers of the 1st property we made an offer on did not accept our contingent offer. The 2nd home that we made an offer on was only listed for 6 hours and we accepted the sellers counter offer. A week later, the sellers gave us notice that we had 3 days to remove our contingency or they would accept another offer. Gerald got our home pre-inspected and on the market and sold without a buyers contingency at our full asking price in less than 3 days which enabled us to keep the offer on our new home purchase! He even offered to personally buy our home if for some reason it did not sell right away, so we would not lose out on our new home purchase!
