Gavin Chavoustie

Gavin was absolutely wonderful when my husband and I were purchasing our first home and made it so that the experience was fun instead of daunting! He was always personable, attentive, honest, and engaging. He's so much awesome to tour homes with! Always a straight-shooter with a great eye. He will tell you what's great about a home and what's not so great, just to make sure you have as much information as possible to make the best decision for you. He doesn't pressure at all. He is simply there to listen to what you are looking for and he will do his absolute best to help you find it. We will always use him as our relator!

We've been in our home for 2 years now, and still couldn't be happier. We were first time home buyers, and couldn't have done it without Gavin. He was very patient with us while we looked at multiple options in our price range, but when we found the one that EASILY stood out, he was almost as excited as we were. He encouraged us to put a bid in (as this one was most likely going to a bidding war), helped us come up with a competitive number that wouldn't take us out of our price range, and had the paper-work turned in that day. My wife and I left for a beach vacation on the east coast that same week, but Gavin stayed in touch with updates the entire time, and we returned home to excellent news. Gavin's recommendations for financiers and inspection were excellent, and he also suggested that we schedule the inspection ahead of the sale (just in case) to look confident and responsible. It worked, as the sellers specifically stated that the offers were all very competitive, but our preparedness put us over the top. I would not hesitate to call Gavin (or Rich Petrone and Hard Charging Homes) the next time we buy/sell or both.

Gavin was extremely helpful and worked with us until we found the exact house we wanted in our budget. There was absolutely no pressure to buy quick or something that was over our budget. We highly recommend Gavin and his team to get you set up with a home from start to finish!
