Hello, everyone, my name is Gary Shumlich, my wife and I have owned a home in Market Common, Myrtle Beach since 2010. After 34 years of service, I retired from the Irvington Fire Department in New Jersey as the Chief and Director of the Department. In 2014 we made Myrtle Beach our permanent home. I was looking for a challenging and rewarding career change after retiring from the fire service; therefore, I studied to become a realtor here in Myrtle Beach in 2016. The traits that led me to a successful career in the fire service such as trust, loyalty, honesty and commitment will assist me in providing both buyers and sellers excellent service for their real estate needs.
