I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful and kind realtor. I wish I could pack him up and take him with me to the other states where I have properties to sell. 15 stars out of 10! he works his tail off and he gets everything done properly and on time.

I can't say enough great things about agent Gary Macrides! I met Gary through a referral from a neighbor when I was looking for renters for my Mom's house 5 years ago...I am so grateful I found him! Gary found us the best renters of all time, and they were there for 4 years. When they moved out of state, I once again hired Gary, who very quickly found new renters (which was a tremendous help because I didn’t lose any money from a vacant property), which was a tremendous help. And now, I sold that house, and I hired Gary for the sale. To say Gary is amazing is an understatement!!!!! I have sold houses before and used other realtors, but never have I had the pleasure of working with someone as kind, loyal, hard working and diligent as Gary. But it is truly Gary's integrity that makes him stand out from the others. I managed the house from 4 hours away (I do not live in the area), including a remodel (Gary was so incredibly helpful during the remodel!) and Gary ALWAYS went above and beyond to help me with every extra thing imaginable. It was a such a relief to have him nearby, and he never ever said no to any unreasonable request I presented to him, as he never wanted me to be inconvenienced. Never once did he ask for anything in return, he is just that kind of person...he cares about his clients, and would do anything to help. I have never had this experience with any other realtor. Gary is like family! He is truly one in a million, and I wouldn't sell any house without Gary...he's truly exceptional!

Gary Macrides of SurTerre Properties is truly the best! He is so kind, has so much integrity, and knows his stuff! I met Gary a few years ago when I was renting my Mom's property in Laguna Niguel, and I am really glad I found him. He really goes above and beyond, and knows the market well. He is very reasonable, accessible, and always goes above and beyond to help. I live far, so it was such a gift to have Gary there when I needed anything. He really loves what he does, that is apparent, and is just an all around great guy. Has "old school" vibes, which is so refreshing. I wouldn't use anyone else. He's gold!

Gary Macrides , my selling realtor, never made me feel pressured in anyway during the real estate process. He’s a wonderful one of a kind person you will keep as a friend after it’s all over. When necessary, Gary would change his avenue to any temporary roadblock we encountered with a positive scenario and game plan that kept me in a good mindset.
