He traveled an hour and a half out of his way to close to show the house. His knowledge in the real estate market, and his negotiating skills made this daunting process in buying my first home easier in closing the deal that worked for me. The guidance he gave through this process helped me make the right decisions at the right time. I am a paraplegic middle school math teacher in an inner city school, and most importantly a father of a beautiful 4 years old girl. To find a home with certain accessibility features was not easy. For the price range that fit my budget, most homes available were 20-30 years old and were far from wheelchair accessible; so, the challenge we faced was immense. When we found a newer home at the perfect price I knew I had to have it. When the appraisal came back 12k under listing price and the bank was only financing 96.7% of loan to value, most people would of left the deal; but after shopping for a home for 3 months straight, I seen nothing that fit my needs like this home did. I put my confidence in Garth to make things happen. He negotiated with the seller's agent a perfect compromise and reviewed the closing costs in detail to confirm the validity of the numbers.
