Competency, experience, communication, motivation, and awareness are the things you want in an agent if your intended outcome is success. You can minimize the unexpected but you cannot control it. Garth is the full package. Not as pretty as allot of agents I have seen but that is not what you need.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. We had a ridiculously small window where we could entertain the idea of purchasing a home. They took that and ran with it. We toured over a dozen homes in one weekend, and put in an offer by the second day. They picked out great homes for us to tour and ended up finding one we were fell in love with. They weren't just fast, they were also incredibly responsive and transparent. Being first time home buyers, the process is very intimidating. Garth is one of the best real state agent your going to find. What I noticed different about Garth and other agents I've worked with in the past is he'll go through the house and inspect it himself to find issues. He's very knowledgeable about the real estate market ,HOA ,CDD and even home owners insurance. Another bounce going him is has good contracts to help fix up your new home. This probably my favorite thing about Garth is he is still passionate about his job. But also on the other hand extremely professional.
