You can find many agents that have some unique capability that set them apart. That is not for me. Real success come from work. Competency, experience, communication, motivation, and awareness are the things you want in an agent if your intended outcome is success. You can minimize the unexpected but you cannot control it. Garth is the full package. Not as pretty as allot of agents I have seen but that is not what you need.

I cannot recommend these folks enough. We had a ridiculously small window where we could entertain the idea of purchasing a home. They took that and ran with it. We toured over a dozen homes in one weekend, and put in an offer by the second day. They picked out great homes for us to tour and ended up finding one we were fell in love with. They weren't just fast, they were also incredibly responsive and transparent. Being first time home buyers, the process is very intimidating. They walked us through every step and made sure we fully understood everything before we agreed to anything. Garth is an amazing agent. He loves doing his job and doing his best to get you what you want. I first met Garth as a property manager. I found him honest and professional.
