Garth is one of the best real state agent your going to find. What I noticed different about Garth and other agents I've worked with in the past is he'll go through the house and inspect it himself to find issues. He's very knowledgeable about the real estate market ,HOA ,CDD and even home owners insurance. Another bounce going him is has good contracts to help fix up your new home. This probably my favorite thing about Garth is he is still passionate about his job. But also on the other hand extremely professional.
