Unfortunately, several other realtors had given us numbers that proved to be grossly inaccurate. But Gabrielle's valuation was spot on, and her marketing and staging advice helped us get not only the number we were hoping for, but well above it. We hadn't sold a house in decades, and Gabrielle walked us through everything, making sure nothing was missed, and explaining what we needed to do and when to do it. It all went very smoothly. Another thing that was great was the sense of urgency she created. Her goal was to get multiple offers the first weekend, and she not only succeeded, every offer was over our asking by tens of thousands of dollars. All we had to do was pick the best one. The bottom line is that Gabrielle was fantastic to work with, and you won't be disappointed if you choose her to represent you and your property.
